New Extension for Further Growth

Six years have passed since the CSG make IT GmbH moved into the new company-owned offices.

Already in the first years at the new location, it became obvious that the continuously growing customer base in Germany and abroad for BOXSOFT® plus, the in-house developed industry ERP software for packaging companies, would require a further continuous increase in the number of employees. Especially in 2013, the most successful year in the 32-year company history, the hiring of new employees made for a “cozy atmosphere” in some offices. Thus further growth was only possible through structural measures. Kick-off was in 2013.

Luckily, the decision for the new location six years ago was also based on the option for extension. The results of the structural measures are the new rooms that are available to the employees since March 2014. Moreover, existing areas can be rearranged now to provide room for further growth. “By this step, we find ourselves well prepared for the future and ready to offer our customers the services and response times that they have the right to expect from us.”
